The laboratory is composed of an analysis room and an adjoining kitchen for the preparation of the products to be tasted.

Sensory analysis room

Equipped with specific furniture with low emission of volatile compounds + positive pressure ventilation to prevent the entry of odours.

This tool is particularly suitable for carrying out sensory analyses on products or
preparations. The statistical tools (Fizz software) made available can complete these
analyses.

 

  • 13 fixed individual workstations + 1 mobile workstation for people with reduced mobility, equipped with: motorised vertical sliding box, spittoon, laptop with analysis software, variable 3-colour lighting.

This kitchen contains professional equipment to prepare the food products tasted in the sensory analysis laboratory.
