Information - Law " informatique et libertés " : The person in charge of processing for the University of Pau and the Adour countries (UPPA) is Mr. President of the University. The information collected within the framework of this form is the subject of a paper or data-processing treatment intended for the contact with the UPPA Tech service. The data retention period is defined as follows: the data will be deleted after the 5th year of retention. The recipients of the data are the staff of UPPA Tech, the UPPA Communication Service and the Liaison Office. In accordance with and under the conditions defined in the law relating to data processing, files and liberties n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you benefit :
- a right to request confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you is processed, a right of access and to request a copy of the data concerning you and subject to processing ;
- the right to rectify information concerning you;
- the right to have your data erased;
- the right to limit the processing of data concerning you;
- a right to the portability of the data collected;
If you wish to exercise one of these rights for the data stored by the University of Pau and the Adour countries, please contact on behalf of UPPA-Tech [uppatech@univ-pau.fr] with a copy of your request to the data protection officer of the institution (dpo@univ-pau.fr).
If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you does not comply with the European regulations in force on data protection, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: CNIL - Services des plaintes, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, F-75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
